This is a self guided program. This program has a short series of videos and lessons taught by Kristie Callahan, Reiki Master Teacher. You will receive a downloadable PDF workbook and handbook with all of the information needed to learn the basics of Reiki 1. You will schedule an online Reiki Attuenment with Kristie, via Zoom You will learn about what this is and how it is performed*. It is the transfer of energy from Reiki Master to student. You will learn how to give yourself Reiki. You can use this beautiful healing anytime, anywhere. You will be added to a Facebook group with others who have completed Reiki 1 for more support, connection and inspiration. Handbook included. Reiki 1 Certification Included with the program.
