This Reiki 1 experience is an invitation to explore the beautiful world of energy healing while learning how to work with Reiki for yourself and others. Whether you are completely new to Reiki or have been feeling called to deepen your connection with energy, this intimate class will give you a supportive foundation to begin your journey. Together, we will explore the history and principles of Reiki, how energy moves through the body, the chakra system, and practical ways to begin incorporating Reiki into your everyday life. You will also receive your Reiki 1 attunement, creating a beautiful opportunity to deepen your connection to this healing energy. But this day is about more than learning techniques. It is about experiencing the energy for yourself. We will incorporate sound healing and meditation, explore intuitive tools including card reading, and create space for you to connect with your own intuition and inner wisdom. Most importantly, you will be surrounded by a beautiful, supportive community of like-minded, soulful people who are also exploring their own healing and spiritual path.
