Taking care of yourself is crucial for overall well-being. Here are 50 ways to show up for yourself and practice self-care: here are some examples if you are feeling stuck. 2024 is right around the corner, you can get a head start today!

  1. Get enough sleep: Prioritize a good night's sleep for physical and mental well-being.( Yes, get to bed early, listen when you are tired)

  2. Establish a morning routine: Start your day with activities that set a positive tone, this is one that I struggle with as I am not always a morning person.

  5. Take a long bath or Hot Shower: Indulge in a relaxing bath with your favorite scents, this will help clear away any energies that have you may have encountered throughout your day.

  6. Go for a walk: Enjoy the benefits of fresh air and light exercise. I love my walks around the small lake near my home. It grounds and recenters me!
