Remembering Who You Truly Are
Hello beautiful,
Your lightworker here.
I wanted to take a moment this month to speak to something I have been witnessing so powerfully in many of the people I work with lately. There is a quiet yet profound shift happening within so many souls right now.
It is so excited that people are beginning to rediscover themselves.
There comes a moment on the awakening journey when something inside of you begins to shift.
The life you once lived… the roles you once played… the beliefs you once carried… suddenly no longer fit the same way they used to.
It can feel confusing at first.
You may find yourself questioning things you once accepted as truth. You may notice that certain relationships, environments, or patterns no longer resonate with the person you are becoming. What once felt comfortable may now feel limiting.
This is often the stage where many people begin rediscovering themselves.
And while it can feel uncertain, it is also incredibly sacred.
From the moment we are born, we are shaped by the perspectives of the world around us. Family expectations, societal norms, cultural beliefs, and life experiences all contribute to how we see ourselves and how we move through life.
Without realizing it, we often begin to build our identity around these external influences. We learn who we are supposed to be. We adopt roles that help us belong. We follow paths that feel safe or familiar.
But awakening gently begins to peel back those layers.
It invites us to pause and ask deeper questions:
Who am I beneath the conditioning? What beliefs truly belong to me? What does my soul want to experience in this lifetime?
One of the most powerful realizations we can have is that much of our reality is shaped through our perspective.
The way we see ourselves. The stories we tell about our past. The meaning we assign to our experiences.
These perspectives become the lens through which we create our lives.
And when we begin to shift that lens, everything begins to change.
What once felt like limitation can become opportunity. What once felt like fear can become growth. What once felt like loss can become redirection toward something more aligned.
This is where true transformation begins.
Rediscovering yourself is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you have always been beneath the layers of expectation and conditioning.
It is about reconnecting with your intuition.
Trusting your inner voice.
Allowing yourself to explore what feels authentic and aligned with your soul.
For many people on a spiritual path, this stage can feel both liberating and vulnerable at the same time. Letting go of old identities can feel like stepping into the unknown. Yet within that space of uncertainty is also the freedom to create a life that truly reflects who you are becoming.
Your perspective holds incredible power.
When you begin to see yourself through the lens of growth, possibility, and self-compassion, you begin to unlock new pathways forward.
You begin to realize that your journey has not been about losing yourself.
It has been about remembering.
Remembering your truth.
Remembering your inner wisdom. Remembering the unique light you came here to share.
And as you rediscover yourself, you may find that your presence naturally begins to inspire others to do the same.
This is how awakening expands.
One perspective at a time.
Lots of love and light,
Kristie
