Truth. Healing. Power. This Is My Why.

What I Stand For: The Raw Truth Behind My Work

There was a time I didn’t know who I was without the mask I wore for others. I tried to fit into boxes that were never meant for me. I was always seeking validation, approval, and safety outside of myself. I was told I wasn’t enough. I people-pleased to feel worthy. I hid my magic to feel accepted. And still, I felt invisible and shitty inside.

But the real truth is, I’ve lived the pain of emotional neglect. I know what it feels like to question your worth, to silence your truth, to shrink in rooms that never honored your power. I would often hide and cry when things would feel overwhelming. I just got "used to" the nicknames that came along with me feeling not able to stand in my power. I have always had a great sense of humor, but as I look back at those names, they are all tied to my worth!! Thankfully, after years of healing and transformational growth, and my own awakening process, I know what it feels like to rise. To break through the weight of old beliefs and remember who you are beneath the conditioning. The fire of knowing your truth is fucking powerful and empowering. This year has been filled with a lot of FUCKS! 🔥 💃 💟. ( My students and those closest to know this! LOL)

This IS what I stand for.

I stand for truth! This has ALWAYS been my journey. The raw, messy, liberating truth. I no longer can tolerate those who are not ready to hear my truth. ( and believe my truth)

I can no longer tolerate those who mock what they don’t understand—who laugh, call me names, or shrink in the presence of truth. Sorry but that is not my burden to carry. My work is not for the faint of heart. It’s for the brave souls who are ready to rise, to heal, to remember who they are. If my light is too bright, you’re welcome to look away. I didn’t come here to dim it.

I stand for healing that starts in the body and echoes through the soul. I have healed my autoimmune disorder!

I stand for emotional responsibility, for growth-minded connection, and for relationships built on mutual respect. I’m no longer available for cycles of blame, emotional immaturity, or dynamics that drain the soul.

I stand for peace that doesn’t need permission. This is because peace that begins within and radiates outward. That's how it works. 🔥

I stand for women reclaiming their voice, their power, their light. This is for the women who were told to be quiet, to play small, to shrink their brilliance for the comfort of others. Let's be the generational cycle breakers. You can say that your parenting wasn’t always perfect, but I’m healing—and that healing ripples to my children.

I stand for self-worth that doesn’t need to be earned. Your worth is your birth right. Self-worth that is innate, unconditional, and unwavering.

I stand for honoring yourself exactly as you are, without apology or explanation.

For knowing your value is not tied to achievement, approval, or anyone’s opinion. Because when you claim this truth, you unlock freedom, peace, and radical self-love.

I stand for the woman who is ready to stop waiting to be chosen and start choosing herself.

For the woman who remembers her worth without needing anyone’s validation. For the woman who steps into her power and claims her voice unapologetically. For the woman who knows that her healing, her joy, and her freedom start from within. This is your moment. Choose you. Own your light. Shine unapologetically.

In my coaching space, you won’t be asked to perform. You’ll be invited to remember. You’ll be met with compassion, clarity, and deep energetic support. Whether it’s through intuitive guidance, energy work, or the sacred mirror of conversation, I hold the space for you to come home to yourself.

I don’t just believe change is possible....

I embody it. Because I’ve walked the path from self-doubt to self-trust. And every time I hold space for another soul to rise, I remember why I’m here.

This work is sacred. You are sacred. And your healing matters.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign, for the right time, or for someone to see you—I want you to know: I see you. Your transformation begins the moment you say yes to yourself.

And when you do? I’ll be here, ready to walk beside you.
